Client Project Goals
CaféOlé is a coffee shop that needs several things:
- Have online a huge coffee variety
- Do a reserve table system
- Offer a fast and easy Wi-Fi spot

I have designed a website and app that solve his problem.
Interviews
Today people live connected to the internet, we must offer them that possibility in our cafeteria
I conducted a total of 3 interviews to get a better understanding of our users needs. Their main priority was:

Access the internet while having breakfast

Have the possibility of reserving a table and breakfast

Being able to take breakfast home quickly
I would like to check my mail while waiting for my breakfast
I have breakfast every day in that cafeteria so I would like to be able to reserve my table
Personas
Elisa loves working as much as drinking coffee.
This persona is not real.
Competitive
Analysis
The competition for the CaféOlé coffee shop is varied.
There is a wide variety of competition: from traditional cafes anchored in the past to franchised multinationals.

Usability Testing
Clients have problems for waiting for a table to seat and generally service is slow.
I’ve conducted only one round of usability testing.

How to continue with CaféOlé?
I would like to refine the Hi-Fi prototype adding another sections, like Wi-Fi hotspot login.
