Client Project Goals
MonsterShirt is an online shop that sells funny tshhirts.
- Develop basic website design
- Do a checkout system
- Everything should be quick and clean
Problem
Solution
I have designed a mockup that match their needs.
Interviews
Users need to buy quick and Monstershirt to sell fast
I conducted a total of 3 interviews to get a better understanding of our users needs. Their main priority was:
-
Access web site from desktop and mobile
-
Develop a quick sell and checkout flow
-
Use funny colors
I can’t waste time looking for pharmacy-related job offers
It would be nice if I can’t access from my smartphone while traveling
Is fine to have a site where you can stay tunned with pharmacy world
Personas
Adrian is a photographer who likes to dress cool.
This persona is not real.
Competitive
Analysis
The competition for the sale of t-shirts is very vast.
I’ve made a quick research on both competitor. I took a dive into what services their competitors provides, and how Monstershirt can shine over them.
There are several competitors:
-
https://www.etsy.com/
Wireframes
The development of basic wireframes was very simple because I worked directly using Figma and the main idea was clear enough. Figma allows you to do rapid prototyping with real-time visualizations, so no paper or pencil.
Usability Testing
Users had problems when selecting size and with messy checkout payments.
I’ve conducted only one round of usability testing.
Sometimes the size you get is different
Clear payment method is hard to find
high-fidelity
prototypes
Here you can see two iframes with the design working using Figma.
The site has two versions: one for desktop screens and another one for smartphones.

Conclusion /
Next Steps
How to continue with Monstershirt?
Now, if the client needs it, we should develop the final website, refining the design and probably using a framework to work faster and make sure the site is 100% responsive. Also we can opt for a shop online such «shopify» or similar and would be more faster.
