Client Project Goals
TSL Consultores is a group specialized in pharmacy consulting and offers its clients, among other services, the transfer of pharmacies or the new opening.
- Develop your website while maintaining the corporate identity
- Include all the services they offer
- The website must be responsive
- Increase customer access via SEO
Problem
TSL needs a redesign of their web site
Solution
I have developed a website in WordPress that maintains its corporate identity, it is also responsive, so they do not need to make an app for mobile phones.
Interviews
Users need access to all related services
I conducted a total of 3 interviews to get a better understanding of who our users need and who they are. Their main priority was:

Access pharmacy assistants, pharmacists and investors
I can’t waste time looking for pharmacy-related job offers
It would be nice if I can’t access from my smartphone while traveling
Is fine to have a site where you can stay tunned with pharmacy world
Personas
Nicolás is a pharmacist looking for professionals to work as assistants in his pharmacy during vacation periods.
This persona is real, so no need to create, and also I can’t show a picture of him.

Analysis
TSL Consultores is a law firm specialized in the world of pharmacy.
I’ve made a quick research on both competitor. I took a dive into what services their competitors provides, and how TSL can integrate features onto their website.
There are two main competitors:

Wireframes
The development of sketches was not necessary since I worked with a framework called Enfold that allows rapid prototyping with real-time visualizations, so no paper or pencil.
Usability Testing
Users had problems when posting job offers or pharmacies.
I’ve conducted only one round of usability testing.

The site is responsive, so for now it is not necessary to create a specific application, since the design will adapt to almost any resolution. Pages have been loaded using iframes. You can also access via web: https://tslconsultores.es

How to continue with TSL clients?
Now it’s time to take a break. It has been 4 weeks of exclusive work.
The next steps will be to monitor the quality of the links as well as be aware of the statistics in order to improve natural SEO positioning.
